WW200 Wastewater Concrete & Coating is an acid-resistant, low-permeability solution for manholes, pipe linings, and wastewater infrastructure, offering quick curing and lasting protection.

WW200 is a sustainable, environmentally friendly concrete and coating material with all the benefits of ultra high performance Cold Fusion Concrete.
WW200 is engineered for demanding wastewater infrastructure projects that require enhanced chemical resistance and rapid curing. It’s the perfect solution for environments where durability and protection from aggressive wastewater chemicals are paramount.
Prep: For galvanized metal, apply Fusion Prime at 0.02 gallons per square yard and let cure for 24 hours. For concrete/masonry, remove dirt, debris, and incompatible coatings, and ensure the surface is moist. If exposed to low pH, neutralize, remove damaged concrete, and/or apply Fusion Bond at 0.02 gallons per square yard.
How To Apply: Mix 2 gallons of water per 55-lb bag of WW200 for 2-4 minutes using a high-shear mixer. Adjust for sprayable consistency with rotor stator or squeeze pumps. Apply with standard stucco or nozzle equipment at the specified thickness, ensuring WW200 reaches 6,000 psi before surface placement.
Cleanup: Clean all equipment immediately with water to prevent curing in the applicator.
