General Use Acid Resistant Concrete
A100 is a sustainable, environmentally friendly concrete with all the benefits of ultra high performance Cold Fusion Concrete, plus:
- Low Acid Concentration Resistance: Resistant to various low concentrations of acids, except hydrofluoric, with minimal mass loss

A100 Testing and Compliance
A100 Cold Fusion Concrete is tested for acid resistance in various low concentrations of acids to ensure protection against chloride, sulfate, hydrocarbon, and solvent degradation.
A100 Low Acid Concentration Resistant Concrete Product Details
Expected Characteristics:
- 4,000 psi typical 28-day compressive strength at a water to cement ratio of 0.38, and a slump of 6 inches
- 140 lbs/ft3 wet density
- 4,000 psi typical compressive strength in from 4 to 8 hours when subjected to cure temperatures greater than 120 degrees Fahrenheit
Product Variations
- A120 Low Slump Topical Sand Formula with 5,000 to 9,000 PSI compressive strength, size #8 sieve maximum aggregate and 1”-4” slump. Ideal for vertical and horizontal repairs, topping, masonry mortar and liners.
- A130 High Slump Self-Leveling Sand Formula with 5,000 to 8,000 PSI compressive strength and 6”-10” slump. Use for horizontal repairs, topping, and liners.
- A140 Medium Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 4”-6” slump. Suitable for secondary containment and structural concrete.
- A150 High Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 7”-10” slump. Perfect for secondary containment and structural concrete.
