A200 Cold Fusion Concrete is designed to perform in challenging environments where exposure to sulfuric acid or other harsh chemicals is common. Its versatility makes it ideal for various industries and applications that demand durability and chemical resistance.

• Ideal for use in secondary containment, foundations, drain systems, structural concrete, and pre-cast concrete.
• Perfect for environments with sulfuric acid exposure or aggressive chemical conditions

Expected Characteristics:

• Compressive Strength: up to 10,000 psi depending on the slump and mix
• Mixing & Application: Available in slumps ranging from 1 to 10 inches, providing flexibility based on project requirements
• Surface Preparation: Ensure a clean and moist surface; bond is enhanced with vibration when attaching to existing CFC® or Portland surfaces
• Finishing: No bleed water; expedited finishing possible. For glass-like surfaces, apply plastic sheeting after finishing
• Shelf Life & Storage: Stored in dry, moisture-free conditions, it typically has a shelf life of 6-12 months
  

Product Variations

• A220 Low Slump Topical Sand Formula with 5,000 to 9,000 PSI compressive strength, size #8 sieve maximum aggregate and 1”-4” slump. Ideal for vertical and horizontal repairs, topping, masonry mortar and liners.
• A230 High Slump Self-Leveling Sand Formula with 5,000 to 8,000 PSI compressive strength and 6”-10” slump. Use for horizontal repairs, topping, and liners.
• A240 Medium Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 4”-6” slump. Suitable for secondary containment and structural concrete.
• A250 High Slump 3/8-inch Aggregate with 5,000 to 10,000 PSI compressive strength and 7”-10” slump. Perfect for secondary containment and structural concrete.
