    5,000-Hour Salt Spray Test

    This 5,000-hour salt spray test, conducted according to ASTM B-117 standards, assessed four steel panels coated with Cold Fusion Concrete (FP250) fireproofing material from Geopolymer Solutions, LLC. The evaluation showed minimal to no rust or corrosion on the metal substrate beneath the insulation, indicating effective corrosion protection across varying insulation thicknesses (3/8” to 1-1/2”) throughout the test duration.
